Character Illustration Demonstration

Characters are the beating heart of story, and what better way to bring a character to life than through illustration! Here you will learn the process by which I illustrate characters using a digital art program.

For this demonstration, I will be illustrating a character of my own design, drawn in a style that I have developed over the years. I will be drawing in Photoshop using a Gaomon PD1161 Pen Display. However, this process can be applied to any art style, any digital art program, using whatever device available to you. I have seen amazing art by people using their fingers and a free art program or even using a mouse and keyboard! All it takes is practice. So what are you waiting for?
